New Administration Building
Supplied and installed 48 fire-rated wood doors and hollow metal frames for a new administration building. The project included a fully integrated SALTO access control system with wireless gateways, electronic locks, system programming, interface design, access configuration, and full installation and commissioning to deliver a secure, modern entry solution.

Southhampton School District
Security Vestibule Installation
Constructed a new security vestibule entrance system to improve building safety and controlled access. The project included the removal of the existing entry and installation of four FRP doors, a security frame system, insulated safety glass, mullions, commercial hardware, and full finishing and final adjustments.
John Jermain Memorial Library
Main Entrance Vestibule Renovation
Completed the interior vestibule renovation at John Jermain Memorial Library, matching the exterior entry design. The project included replacing the all-glass door with a new aluminum full-glass door and frame, plus installation of an automatic operator, panic hardware, pull handle, keyed access system, and aluminum threshold to create a modern, accessible entry.
Riverhead School District
Classroom Door Replacement
Removed and replaced 23 fire-rated classroom doors across multiple district facilities, ensuring full fire code compliance while coordinating with school schedules to minimize disruption to daily operations.
Oyster Ponds School District
Access Control System Upgrade
Designed and installed a new SALTO Space access control system, converting seven exterior openings to a wireless BlueNet system. The project also included installing hydraulic door closers and configuring the system to deliver secure, flexible access management for the school.
